When do you send me my item(s)?
We send all orders out the next working day whenever possible (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays) from the date you place your order.
How long will it take to get to me?
The Royal Mail operates a 2–7-day delivery service within the UK mainland. Deliveries outside the UK mainland will take between 7-14 days, depending upon your location.
How much will delivery cost?
We try to keep our delivery charges at cost wherever possible.
Delivery is £4.99 for all UK orders below £60
Delivery is free for all UK retail orders above £60

How do I order?
It’s easy. To place an order, just add products to your digital basket on our site and complete the on-screen form to provide us all the information we need for delivery and billing.

How do I get a refund?
If the product you purchased from us is incorrect, incorrectly priced, faulty or damaged when you receive it, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you notice the issue and to arrange for a refund or replacement. Refunds will include all delivery costs paid by you when you placed your order with us.
We make refunds using the same payment method that you used when you placed your order with us. We aim to issue refunds to you within 14 calendar days from when we receive the product from you; or if we haven’t dispatched your order yet, the day on which you inform us that you wish to cancel your order and request a refund.
